
Sow Sip Cider
Brief:
Develop a new cider brand aimed at breaking into the traditional cider market. The brand should offer a unique and modern take on cider while appealing to both traditional cider enthusiasts and a younger, adventurous demographic.
University Project
Solution:
Responding to the cider brief, I crafted a cider for year-round enjoyment by infusing it with herbs representing each season. The brand's story revolves around growth and transformation, symbolised by these seasonal changes.

Development
To develop the logo I used the shape of a horizontally sliced apple core. In Adobe Illustrator, I created variations including a minimalist outline, modern geometric lines, intricate patterns, and herbal motifs. The final design balanced tradition and innovation, ensuring a versatile and impactful brand identity.


Applications
When it came to applications, I decided to create a poster advertising the cider. Additionally, I designed various promotional materials such as coasters and bar taps. These elements were tailored for a pop-up greenhouse bar concept, which served as a unique venue to promote the drink.



Outcome
The outcome of creating the brand identity for Sow Sip Cider was showcased through a brand carousel I developed. This guide includes all the essential elements of the brand identity, such as the typeface, logo, and colour palette, demonstrating how each component contributes to the brands image.
